The Regulators: Parallel Execution Out Now

The thrilling fourth installment in The Regulators is out now, with Parallel Execution available to buy in eBook and paperback.

The tortured body of a genius computer programmer sets the wheels in motion on an investigation that has Jack Quinn, Thea Watts and Adam Morgan fighting to stop an attack that will have devastating consequences across the world.

“The stakes needed to be high to kick start this latest arc of the series,” Ben explained. “Previously the series has always been focused on threats to Britain. I wanted to take things global this time.”

To that end, Jack Quinn begins the novel on foreign soil tracking down a war criminal. But things aren’t quite what they seem. “The big question that Jack has to get his head around is why they’re being asked to chase this guy down now, and what the bigger picture is. He’s back in his comfort zone, a war zone. The place where professionally at least, he feels happiest. But feeling happy never lasts long.”

Another character returning to type is Reuben Arrowsmith who is once more making a name for himself on the streets. “Reuben’s position as a Regulator is fascinating. He has a unique skill set that people want to use so they do. It doesn’t matter the risk or the cost. And again, he’s enjoying himself. He’s doing what he’s good at. Even if the motivation isn’t all it seems.”

Once again, bringing The Regulators to the page was a team effort. “I really want to thank Sophie Bristow-Symonds my editor, and Andrew Dobell who has taken over cover design and done a wonderful job giving a little refresh to the style, whilst maintaining what made The Regulators brand work.
